Offer is valid for new bookings between 06/11/2009 and 06/30/2010 and held by 12/31/2012 only in conjunction with bookings of 2 or more meetings, each consisting of at least 100 paid peak night guestrooms, completed in the same contract, or in separate contracts executed within forty five (45) days of each other, booked before June 30, 2010, and held at participating full-service Hyatt hotels and resorts in the U.S., Canada and Caribbean. by December 31, 2012. Additional meetings may be added at the existing qualifying levels up to nine (9) months after the last executed contract date. Offer not valid at Hyatt Place or Hyatt Summerfield Suites. Planners may choose up to four rewards for their company or organization based on the number of qualifying meetings held. Hold two meetings and choose three items or hold three meetings and choose four items. Offer includes the following rewards for selection: 100,000 Hyatt Gold Passport Points per meeting and Diamond-level Hyatt Gold Passport status for two years (Upgrade awarded to meeting planner upon signing of contract for all meetings); 6% off your master bill including meeting facilities, guestrooms and catering/banqueting; Complimentary Internet access in paid guestrooms; No attrition fees for up to 50% slippage; Complimentary board meeting up to 20 attendees per meeting (Minimum 3 meetings required). Planner may select different items for each qualifying meeting. Diamond Gold Passport status valid for two years from signing. Tier qualification requirements apply after two years to retain Diamond membership. Hyatt reserves the right to revoke Gold Passport bonus points in the event the meetings do not actualize. An applicable 6% credit to master will be applied to each qualifying meeting where and when they actualize. The 6% credit is applicable only on eligible guestroom, food and beverage (on non-labor costs) and meeting facility charges associated with the event. Other incidental charges incurred at any hotel restaurants, shops and spa that are not stated in the sales contract and applied to the total final Master Bill are not covered by this offer. Qualifying Charges do not include any surcharges, gratuities, hotel fees, taxes or third-party charges by contractors (i.e.: florists, equipment rental, in house A/V company, simultaneous translators or event/venue decorators, etc). Credit is payable to the company or organization holding the meeting and will be issued as credit to the group's final bill or via check (at Hyatt's discretion) only after the meeting has been held and paid for in accordance with the terms of the Sales Contract. Hyatt is not responsible for any use or misuse of rebate checks. Complimentary Internet access in paid guestrooms for the meeting is up to the hotel's discretion on what service can be readily given to the customer if both wired and wireless are available. The complimentary board meeting is only available when holding three (3) or more Meetings with a minimum of 500 peak room nights and 2000 total room nights. Board Meeting is valid for 2 nights, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, am/pm breaks, meeting room. Board Meetings may not be held at Park Hyatt or Andaz hotels and hotels outside the United States. Board Meeting is subject to availability at selected hotel and must be held twelve (12) months prior to each meeting booked. The cost of additional menu items, people or length of service will be the responsibility of the company or organization holding the meeting. Offers are subject to availability of function space and guestrooms at time of booking. Offers are not valid in conjunction with citywide bookings, previously booked or held meetings or any other meeting promotion or offer. Participating hotels may be subject to change without notice. Offer applies to all eligible bookings, including bookings by travel agents and other qualifying third parties at a commissionable rate. Commission payment will be based on the group's net room revenue less any applicable master account credits applied in conjunction with this promotion. Qualifying Hyatt Gold Passport members may also be eligible for a Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards program bonus.
